This policy explains what TAP Acoustics ("TAP", "we") does with the information you give us through this website, and what we collect automatically while you browse it.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you request a consultation we ask for your name, phone number, email address, city, the type of space you're working on, and — optionally — a description of the problem you want solved.
- Advertising attribution. If you arrived from a Google Ads click, we record the click identifier (gclid) and campaign parameters from the URL, so we can tell which advert brought you here.
- Standard technical data. Your browser sends an IP address, device and browser type, and referring page. Our hosting provider logs these.
Why we use it
To respond to your consultation request, prepare a design proposal and quote, and follow up about your project. We use attribution data only in aggregate, to measure which adverts work.
Cookies and measurement
If advertising measurement is enabled, this site loads Google's tag, which sets cookies to attribute conversions and, where applicable, build remarketing audiences. Google's handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email, and the CRM we use to track enquiries — and where we are legally required to disclose it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to serve your project and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@tapacoustics.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
